BACK-TO BACK LIABILITY PRODUCTS

Our tailor made liability insurance conditions are designed on the basis of back-to-back liability, i.e.. we are insuring liability of our clients in accordance with national laws, international conventions or any contracts or agreements they have with their customers, subject these were seen and approved by us in advance. Cover could easily be extended with liability for delay and declared value (ad valorem).

GROSS NEGLIGENCE INCLUDED

Unlike many other insurers on this market we define our Assured as managers and owners of the company, but not their employees or contract drivers. We keep cover intact in case of gross negligence of the driver, which in many cases may mean that carriers cannot rely on limitations of liability allowed by all main international conventions.

FINES AND DUTY

We are offering additional cover for liability of our clients for fines and duty in connection to their liability for entrusted merchandise. This cover is available both when our clients are liable to settle fines imposed on their customers and duty imposed directly on our clients by authorities.

LIABILITY FOR EQUIPMENT IN CUSTODY

All major international conventions are silent regarding equipment entrusted to the carrier, such as containers or trailers, but they assume liability for such equipment when it is in their custody or control. Such liability could be covered if and when required.

COVER FOR TRUCKS AND EQUIPMENT

We are also offering insurance protection for own or leased equipment of our clients. Cover is available for any type of equipment, including but not limited to trucks and trailers, containers, forklifts or liftvans. Insurance conditions are designed individually depending of type of equipment insured.
